Hello! I'm a qualified coach, consultant and writer with expertise in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. I've led large-scale, global corporate culture and DEI transformation programmes, and I've worked individually with people at all stages of their career to help them unlock their future self and move forward with confidence. 

I know how difficult it is to unlearn years, perhaps decades of thinking. Most of us see ourselves as decent human beings, and most of us are. But if we're blind to the barriers that others experience, they will notice it. They will judge. They will tell others. I've been learning and applying DEI principles for years. I can help you to do the same, and transform your leadership mindset.

I provide a  non-judgemental, totally confidential space to help leaders develop inclusive thinking. Make your mistakes in private with me, not in the public gaze of your company and social media. I bring warmth and empathy to our conversations, but don't expect cosy chats. I'm your accountability partner and I will hold you to your commitment.
